POSITION Professional Nanny LOCATION Private Royal Household - Jordan The Client will arrange work visa, travel, and full relocation logistics if not local CONTRACT Permanent Position Start Date: May/June (Subject to Confirmation) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Professional Nanny will assume a senior childcare leadership role within a prestigious Royal Household, overseeing newborn and infant care while managing the Maternity Nurse, additional nurses, and baby carers. The role requires refined leadership skills, structured developmental planning expertise, and exceptional discretion within a high-profile private environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Formal childcare qualification Advanced infant and child development training First Aid & CPR certified Strong references from private families Proven supervisory experience Certified and highly experienced Professional Nanny Extensive experience in UHNW or Royal family environments Strong leadership and team management capability Excellent attitude, behaviour, and cultural awareness Refined, discreet, and highly organised Fluent English essential EU or UK Passport preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Full physical care of the child Supervising and managing the Maternity Nurse and baby care team Communicating with parents on all aspects of child development and wellbeing Overseeing routines, feeding schedules, and developmental milestones Administering medication when required with parental consent Attending medical appointments as necessary Travelling with the family and managing preparation for holidays and visits Overseeing maintenance and hygiene of all childcare equipment Maintaining nursery standards to royal-level expectations Tidying accommodation provided Ensuring continuity of care and structured developmental planning ACCOMMODATION Shared bedroom with the baby Independent private unit within the premises for personal downtime SUPPORT STRUCTURE The Nanny will be supported by a dedicated Royal Household team. Full logistical, operational, and personal safety support will be provided to ensure a secure and professionally structured working environment. TRAVEL International travel may be required. All logistics handled by the Royal Household.
